Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Share up-to-date information about GHR’s projects and services.
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Resolve basic customer issues and escalate where necessary.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and lead details in the system and promptly update lead sheets to support sales tracking and reporting
Requirements
- GCE A/L qualification or equivalent; diploma in marketing or communication is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
