Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
  • Share up-to-date information about GHR’s projects and services.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate where necessary.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions and lead details in the system and promptly update lead sheets to support sales tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • GCE A/L qualification or equivalent; diploma in marketing or communication is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
