Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee and guide the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand-building initiatives across all platforms.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with project, design, and digital teams to ensure messaging and branding consistency.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities; prepare performance and strategy reports for senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company by hosting and attending real estate events, expos, and networking opportunities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
  • Ensure that lead sheets are updated daily with accurate data, and provide consistent feedback to the digital marketing team on lead quality and performance to optimize campaign results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
